For those who prefer to pay-by-check please do the following:

1. Complete one form per recipient
2. Please make checks payable to P.E.O. Chapter CS, for the amount of $6
3. Send an envelope with $6.00 per recipient to: Peggy McAdoo, 842 SW Anderson Terr, Topeka, KS. 66606
4. If you are purchasing multiple letters, you may send one check and envelope
